How long does the Custom Cut or Prescription lens process take?

For all of our special services, the overall turnaround time is highly dependent on when your frames arrive to our location.  After your frames are received, our optical experts will need about one week to process all Custom and expert installation orders before they are ready to ship back to you.  

Because of the additional complexity of prescription lenses, all Rx orders take about 2-3 weeks for processing once your frames arrive at our optical lab.  In just a few weeks, your completed lenses will be fully installed in your frames and you’ll receive a shipping notification when they are on their way back to you.
