We can ensure full safety when removing them at our location and in some cases, the lenses can act as a secondary guide to making sure we have the right fit and lens shape for your frames. If we identify any difficulties in removing your previous lenses, we will reach out to you right away with more details.
The lenses that were previously in your frames will be returned to you in a microfiber bag for safekeeping. It can be nice to keep those around for backup purposes so they will certainly be present in the package with your completed order. If you send us a case with your frames, rest assured that that will also be returned to you in your order.
