If we have any concerns about the quality or integrity of the frames, we’ll get in touch with you before we move forward with your order. We can alert you of the risks involved in the insertion and removal of lenses so you feel the most equipped to let us know how you would like to proceed. In the event that your frames are lost or damaged in our care without prior notification, we take full responsibility for this and will replace your frames with a comparable replacement up to $300.00.
