Once your order has been produced, packaged, and shipped, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your shipment every step of the way.
You can look up your order here using your order number and email address:
If you have a Revant account and are logged in, you can also navigate to “My Orders” and click on the order to find your package tracking number.
What if my tracking hasn’t been updated in a few days?
There are a couple of reasons why your tracking link might not have any recent updates.
- Your package is still traveling – it’s on a plane or a truck and will be scanned once it arrives at its next destination.
- The carrier missed a status scan – sometimes a package’s status scan is missed, but the package is typically still in transit.
- International: your package may be getting processed at your country’s local customs office – tracking should continue once the package has passed through the customs office.
Tracking information typically updates every few days for US shipments, and up to a week or two for international shipments. Even if you don’t see a new tracking update for a day or two, your package is most likely still in transit, and this shouldn’t mean any delays.
International DHL Shipments
DHL will provide full tracking to your destination in most countries. But some countries' partner postal services have limited tracking capabilities and will only provide tracking through arrival in the country. When tracking is not available to the destination, DHL will provide the tracking information as far as possible.
