After you submit your order, 2 business days (or less) is all it takes for your order to be pulled from our shelves, packed securely into a box, and handed off to a mail carrier on its way to you.
Once your order has been produced, packaged, and shipped, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Duties and Customs Fees
Customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse a shipment upon delivery). We do not collect the VAT, duties, and/or taxes at the time of sale and cannot predict what your particular charges may be.
If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. We recommend checking your country's custom import duties webpage for an estimate of what fees you may be required to pay.
Tracking for international orders sent via standard shipping (DHL Global Mail)
If your order is shipped to Australia, Canada, China, Gibraltar, Israel, New Zealand, or Singapore, you'll receive tracking updates all the way to final delivery. If your country is not listed below, tracking will be available from departure through entry to the destination country. You may be able to continue tracking your package through your local postal office’s tracking service.
