Who May Use This Warranty?
This warranty extends to original purchasers of Revant branded frames with proof of purchase.
What Does This Warranty Cover?
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship on all Revant branded frames sold or distributed by Revant or its authorized resellers.
What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
This limited warranty does not cover any damages that are not due to a defect in materials or workmanship including (but not limited to) damages caused by: (1) normal wear and tear (including scratches and abrasions); (b) unauthorized modifications or repairs; (c) loss or theft; (d) accident, abuse or improper storage; or (e) improper application of chemicals and cleansers.
How Long Does This Warranty Last?
This warranty begins on the date the product is delivered to you and lasts as long as you own the Revant branded frames.
What Will Revant Do?
This warranty can be redeemed by returning the products to receive a full refund. As we have recently discontinued the sale of Revant Sunglasses to direct our focus to replacement lenses, we can no longer offer replacement frames as solutions to warranty claims.
What Are My Rights Under State Law?
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
