Before you send in your glasses for us to make and install your prescription lenses, here is the prescription information we will need from you.
1. A picture of your prescription
The prescription needs to be signed by a doctor and cannot be expired or older than two years.
2. Your pupillary distance (PD)
Your pupillary distance (PD) value is the millimeter distance between your pupils. This is required to position the optical center of the lens. If you don't have your PD, you can request it from your doctor or use our instructions and a downloadable PD ruler here.
3. For progressive lenses only: your segment height
Your Segment Height is the vertical millimeter measurement from the bottom of the lens to the beginning of the progressive addition. If you don't have your segment height, you can request it from your doctor or use our instructions and downloadable segment height ruler here.
Send Your Prescription With the Order or Send it Later
For faster order processing, you can upload a picture of your prescription and pupillary distance (PD) when you order.
You can also checkout without uploading your prescription and send it to us after placing your order. We'll send you a message with instructions on what we need. Note: Sending your prescription and PD later will delay the order process.
